One of the many benefits of having a computer store in your neighborhood is the quick return of your computer when something goes wrong. At Sassy's we make a real effort to have a quick turn around on your machine, usually one to three days.
We are confident in our abilities and do not mind if you sit and watch us at work. (As long as you spare us any advice! ;-) Because of our fast turn around, no appointment is necessary in most cases. It is always wise for you to bring in the booklet and any disks that came with your computer - to save us time, and save your labor costs. The more prepared you are the quicker we can get your computer back in working order.
We Do Upgrades - An upgrade is a cost efficient way to keep up with the many changes going on in the computer industry. For a fraction of the cost of a new computer, we can put in a new motherboard and CPU making your old computer run as fast as a new one. Come to Sassy's for a price quote on any upgrade you are considering.
Laptop Batteries - Sassy's also has access to hard-to-find laptop batteries. If it can be found, Sassy can do it - even if the company that made your computer has gone out of business.
